About Us

Hello! My name is Karie and I am the Founder & Chef at Gluten Free Gluttony, located in Colorado Springs, CO.  I have gained 10 years of professional culinary experience in Southern California and was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2014.  My skills have allowed me to pivot into a new style of cooking while still maintaining good flavors and textures. 

Gluten Free Gluttony is a celiac friendly home based bakery who's mission is to provide the community with delightful GF baked goods, in order to create a more "normal" sense of life for those that are celiac or gluten intolerant.
